All items are eligible for a refund or store credit, except for those marked otherwise.

You may return your order provided that your withdrawal request is made within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Only items that are unworn, unstained, unwashed, and returned in their original pouch, and that do not suit you, will be accepted.
*For bikini bottoms, returns will only be accepted if the hygienic sticker has not been removed from the product, for hygiene reasons.

Refunds must be requested within this 30-day period via this page. In the event of a refund request for an item provided free of charge or offered at a reduced price as part of a special offer, the item will be refunded based on the amount actually paid under the offer, not its original value.
